Order Processing Policy
    After the auction ends you will receive an email.  This email will contain all the information you need to pay for your item.  It will also contain all our contact information.  On receipt of payment your order is placed with our packing department.  The item is usually despatched within 3 working days, but at peak times this can stretch to 7 working days.  The time taken in the post can vary.  Usually, for the UK the item takes 3 days, but we ask our customers to allow 7 days.  European Union Countries usually take 5 - 10 days, but we ask our customers to allow 15 days.  Non European Union Countries usually take 7 - 14 days , but we ask our customers to allow 30 days.  Please be assured that we are experts, and we ask our customers to allow at least the above times before contacting us.  It is very time consuming for us to track and trace parcels when there is absolutely no need to do so.  We have a free priority posting policy.  Customers who require their item urgently may contact us, and we will place their purchase at the top of the packing list for immediate despatch.

Delivery of Items
    We have our own personal delivery service, which is used for our larger items.  This service covers all of mainland Britain & Ireland and parts of Europe.  We use our own vehicles and our own drivers.  For customers in England and Wales the delivery time will not exceed 28 days, but is often less than 7 days.  Delivery times to Scotland are also usually with 28 days, but can sometimes be slightly longer.  Delivery times to Ireland and Europe can be up to six weeks.  The delivery business is expanding exponentially, and consequently deliveries to all areas are getting much more frequent.  Delivery is kerbside (door to door).  Each van usually only has one driver, and you would be expected to provide assistance where needed.  Our drivers are well trained and very polite.  He will usually be delighted to assist beyond your doorstep, but is under no obligation to do so.

    Our preferred method of payment is by credit card over the phone, but you have many other payment options.  You can pay in GB Pounds, US Dollars or Euro.  You may use cheques drawn in GB Pounds.  You may pay by cash by registered post.

Exchange Rates
    Our conversion rate for US Dollars is set to whatever rate is being used by ebay at the time of the sale.  This is a service we are pleased to offer.  We do not accept Dollar personal cheques. Our customers are reminded that they have bid in GB Pounds, and they are most welcome to use their own bank to make the conversion to GB Pounds and there is no obligation to pay in US Dollars.  Please be aware that the approximate conversion to US Dollars that eBay place in the auction details is in fact difficult to achieve, because it does not account for the profit that all Banks make.  Customers paying directly by Credit Card will be charged in GB Pounds, and should benefit by the best exchange rates, which are set by their own Banks. 

    Our current conversion rate for EURO is also defined by the eBay current rate.
