When your sale is made: Your customer can either book the delivery through the clickable link, or you can forward a bespoke booking form directly to your customer. The customised booking form is unique to you, and saves you having to pass all your details to your customer every time you make a sale. Your customer will need to complete their own details. There is a link within the form which allows the customer to enter their credit card details (securely of course!) so that the payment comes directly from them to us without it having to go through your books. This makes life simpler especially from an accounts point of view. However, if you would prefer to deal with payment then you can complete the form yourself.
When a booking form is received both vendor and purchaser will be informed by email of the date for the collection/delivery. Then, several days in advance of the given date we email again with a 2 hr time slot. We ask that people reply to this email confirming that the time given is convenient. The email will also contain the name and mobile number of our driver so that he can be contacted on the day if necessary.
